Having travelled extensively this is the only place we would and will, return to. Due to its size this hotel has an exclusive feel to it, is kid free, the location is central for if you want to go outside and explore, (which I can highly recommend), and is a great place to get some R&R! The food was plentiful and varied, we are picky eaters and had no issues here. The rooms may need updating, but are large and functional - and how long do you really want to stay in your room? We had a garden room and was more than adequate and more than large enough for what we needed, although I heard ocean viewswere better. It doesn’t have a reception to waste time queuing at, all staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is fabulous, so if you need anything - ask anyone! Cannot rave enough about the staff, all are amazing but make sure you have a chat with Teddy or Nicolas at the bar! We had read all the reviews but personally had no problems with sun loungers, the food was lovely and the alcohol was plentiful, which can be unusual for an all inc hotel. I genuinely hope that we have another opportunity to welcome you back to The House, or to any of our other sister properties within our group.
